I haven’t been to Iceland in a little while, but the last time I was there - there was enough staff - but today just now 6 pm only one lady at the till and the queue is long and most people have a big shop and she’s called for help and there’s no one she had to call twice and then there was a whole conversation whether she’s finishing at 6 pm or 7 pm in front of all the customers I’m disappointed that’s not good custom service.

Thanks to the lady at the till -

she was doing her best and get more staff Please …

It’s mostly busy most of the times I’ve gone there. It’s been busy and people buy a lot.

worse Iceland i have ever shopped at. Very poor stock control. Nine times out of ten they do not do home delivery due to staff shortages/ van broken down. Order on line for delivery and half the items will be out of stock/missing or not delivered on the booking day you asked for.

Just wanted to say how considerate the staff are here at the shop. I lost a glove a few weeks ago only for a member of staff who happen to know where I live return it to me. Not many people would do that these days.

Good selection of food. I really love the items they put on top of fridges and freezers

They have retro sweets and also other chocolate etc you don't see around much anymore.

Very helpful staff.

Everything was fully stocked and when I needed something the staff member actually took me to the item (this is a bit of a rarity in youngsters today)

I would have rated this a 5 but they really need to sort out their checkouts.....

Only 1 members of staff serving with a queue of 5 people that really is annoying and makes me look through the window next time I visit.

Ok place staff good. Could do with basket only checkout. As stuck behind. Trolley loads of home delivery. In here today not going on Tuesday anymore! Staff under pressure to police older people to get 10% discount!!! £10 pounds shop! What's the point!! I need to get to work

Shelves are usually full. Very bright and airy shop. Staff seem ok. But a bit of a queue to pay and exit hence 4 stars. This was a Friday though!

Most of the staff average friendly and helpful. Stores is kept clean and aisles are clearly marked for produce locating. Still best value for frozen food despite the recent price hikes.
