Delivery did not arrive. Updates showed driver attempted delivery, tracking of the order showed differently and security cameras on the property confirm no attempt. On contacting the store was presented with lies that driver had to attend an emergency. When order was delivered the next day driver confirmed that he had too many deliveries and clocked off at 9pm. Store refused to provide managers name and said this was due to GDPR? Very poor customer service, offered £5 credit off my next order which is useless as I will be avoiding like the plague.

1st time in store, coffee m/c took some finding, had to ask assistant,got there in the end, staff helpful, told me meal deal cheaper, but didn't want cake, she seemed shocked spending more for less !!?

Disgusted ordered 28 cans of cherry coke and miscellaneous other items that came to a total price of 57 pound I only got the cherry coke cans disgusted wuthering service not ordering again because I'm dst here with loads of cans of pop but nothing else gutted thanks a bunch iceland

It's ok lots in the freezer
Went to buy fresh carrots for soup. They were more expensive than marks and spencers. The quality wasn't the best either. Long sue at the one till

Went to get some milk & tea, always special.offers & reductions on here,lot's of as food item's available, tasty Xmas cakes, I picked a large Christmas Yule log for £1.50 in the cake Isle dated until March'23, fab will put this in my pantry, friendly staff, reasonable prices too.
