I have started getting home delivery from this store, and I cant fault it.
If any items not picked, it's refunded straight away.
Our delivery guy is brilliant and smiles.
With the same day delivery, I find this so much better than a whoosh.
Im now converted.
Their prices and product quality, you just can't grumble at.

We usually cook freshly, one week, I was unwell.
As a single parent this is difficult with a 2 year old.
I done a £40 online shop and threw in some ready meals to feed my toddler whilst I felt rotten.
£1 meals and my daughter went to town on them, licking plates and no complaints. This is shocking for a 2 year old.
I havent looked back since.
I recommend online, same day delivery by far.

Did a shop to be delivered between 2.30 and 4.30
I walked home. £85.00
Which includes for our dinner..when I rang customer service they told me they lost my order. Come down tomorrow and we sort it. It's absolutely disgusting

Decent modern store in the heart of the town centre. Parking is a bit of a distance from the shop so if you buy a lot make sure you are physically fit, have some assistance or get Iceland to deliver. Prices are good, service average.

I went in for some milk, I got about 10 and was using the trolley, I only placed one up on the till and I thought she could just scan it 10 times, but no I had to put them all on the till; did get and greeting, she was talking to another coworker behind me while still serving me, didn’t get a thank you, just rude overall.

Great bargains. Just wish staff were a little nicer and happier on the tills. Rude and abrupt at times!! Chuck your shopping down the till. I worked for Waitrose for 16 years we would never serve customers this way. A smile and politeness goes a long long way.

Bury St Edmunds store is great. Well kept, clean and the floor staff are beyond helpful. Specifically two gentlemen with tattoos who helped me find products that were not on the shelf, it was no problem for them at all! I was amazed how organised and clean it was in store due to all of the panic buyers destroying the shelf’s. The workers were constantly filling shelves and running out the back to get any extra stock that was asked for. My experience was great in store until I got to the cashier. An older lady, probably in her 60s. She was rude, snappy and obviously didn’t care for work as she scanned and chucked my items down the belt. She spoke to me like I was a nuisance and I thought maybe she just hates her job or something.. until she spoke to one of the other employees with absolutely no respect or manners. Maybe that’s just her, but that Behaviour doesn’t belong in the industry she works in. I wish she was wearing a name badge so I could properly report her. She needs a class or 5 in how to speak with respect and how to be polite.

Many thanks
Louise
