Always good on price but you need to be extra diligent when it comes to Best Before Dates - i bought two cartons of lactose free milk yesterday (02/01) and discovered one was dated BBD 27/12/24!! I often find fresh items in the shop with BBD or UBD of the day I am shopping with no price discount.

I think the sat nave took me down a road I wasn't allowed to drive down because when I went to leave the destination and head back home I couldn't due to the no vehicle sign, and I noticed a time restriction for cars and bikes that I didn't see coming in and I noticed then that there were no other cars around there. Hope I don't get a ticket!

very very unhappy, would give a zero if I could. Let down for the second time in not that many months. This is regarding my online shopping slot and then assembly and delivery by this store. I am a Carer and did not want to go out. Waiting around for them this morning during snowfall. I gritted the front path for them. Half an hour after the 2 hour slot I realised something was amiss. No email. No text. No phone call. Just didn’t turn up. When I tried the 0800 number it didn’t get answered. When I got through to the shop I was told ‘oh you’re one of our lucky customers, we had to make a decision by 12 noon as to whether we will deliver due to weather’. I questioned the lack of notification and he just said they don’t have access to the contact details. Unbelievable!

The previous annoying episode was a few items missing including wine, coming to about £12 in their favour. I was told I had to ring the 0800 online number as the shop doesn’t deal with these issues even though they assembled and delivered the order. But again, not only don’t I have the time to make these complaints but they do not answer the phones, or the call doesn’t go through. Out of pocket. Appalling service.

Good value (sometimes) however they seem to be lacking (and have for some time) that staff ability to recognise when their is a long line of customers at the till and feel it necessary to keep just one person serving. 🙄

Updated review: Big shoutout to Karen from the tills, every time she sees us she always has a smile on her face, great customer service and has always made sure we had our shopping in our bags for us. A credit to Iceland Supermarket in Corby.

Original: I have had ups and downs about this place as I regularly see the staff outside the shop smoking and I have made a complaint about this but this keeps happening it's not that I mind smoking but when I see people outside smoking and then going straight to the tills without washing their hands and handling food. Otherwise a standard Iceland.
