Want to say a very big thank you to Iceland delivery driver Christopher. I have two broken arms after a nasty fall and he always asks if I am ok, brings the shopping into the kitchen and asks if I am OK to put it away. He always goes above and beyond his work commitments and I really can't thank him enough. Iceland you will always have my custom.

Love Iceland but the staff in this store are far from customer focused. They only ever have one till on and no matter how big the queue gets. It's takes along time and pulling a member of staff about putting another till on before they actually realise. I'm not the average British person that thinks a queue is normal part of shopping. It either means the store is exceptionally busy and the staff are doing their best. In which case all is good. Or it means very poor customer service with staff far from focussed on customer service. Which is usually the case in this store.

I like the stuffed crust pizza, canny for £2!! Got some decent frozen stuff. Lose a star cos the chocolate selection is no good!
