More and more bargains this January, 10 items for £10 in one massive freezer. Can't go wrong. Easy to find what you're looking for. All freezers are clearly marked. I do like Greggs, Harry Ramsdens but there is plenty there. Staff have always been nice

Iceland food is amazing, so cheap and tastes good, as usual. Although most staff were quite rude in my opinion, just not seeming very educated on customer service - seemed to be the same case every time I’ve visited.

I was very happy with my shopping experience at Iceland in Folkestone today. The reason was Harry. There was none of a particular item in the freezer. We asked Harry if there were any more. He happily went to check. He came back with some for us. We also could not find something else and again it was Harry to the rescue. He was extremely helpful and a credit to Iceland.

Only 2 stars. The store itself was tidy I'll grant you that. However having 6 members of staff down the 1st aisle talking in two different groups is just a huge NO NO and being from a retail management background myself I know it's wrong on every level. Then we come to pay and the checkout operator was a young female and no hello or how are you. Which doesn't cost anything interaction with customers is paramount in retail especially as so many different options available to customers.
Well I wont be bothering all your staff again so can stand around talking or be rude too customers as much as you like as I won't be one of them

Staff that were there were very friendly but there definitely wasn't enough of them. I helped an elderly lady look for something she couldn't find, she said she couldn't find any staff to ask. Only one till open and 7 people in the queue. Freezers and shelves well stocked, considering the lack of staff. Prices good.

I shop here at least once a week, love that the prices are low and can get a lot for my money. However, they only ever open one checkout, even when it's busy so you have a queue going right down one of the aisles which makes shopping difficult and harder to social distance. (This was also an issue before covid) It isn't even because of lack of staff as they're all in the store reflilling the freezers. So I would recommend they have more than one checkout open during busy times.
