The shop floor staff seem unhappy but the management team seem cheerful. The store seems to be low in moral and team spirit compared to other stores I've been in. The manager is not listening to staff who make the shop what it is... if you're face fits you get listened to. If not the talented staff who know the store.. products and customers go to waist. ( Team work ) is missing in this store.. the staff are NOT being used for what they know . And it's wrong... People make a shop work how it should work. Customer and staff orientation. Happy staff = happy customers. I'll leave those thoughts with you. And I hope to see a difference in the store soon..

Shop is always poorly staffed they usually only have one check out open so the queue is always back down blocking the aisles of the shop - they rarely open a second check out. The staff are miserable and just throw your shopping at you they do it so fast on purpose you can’t possibly pack quickly enough to keep up. For people like me who are autistic shopping here is anxiety provoking. I also shop online too they send you items that are clearly mouldy through the the plastic, out of date items and items that have that days date on - it’s not good enough not thought of care goes into doing customers shopping at all here. To cap it all the slimming world range here is extremely poor because it’s a small store and they don’t get everything in that’s new. I chose to shop elsewhere rather than waste money here anymore.

I did an online shop and was sent 3 items that were 5 weeks past the best before date they did change them but I was amazed when the guy said "well you could probably still have eaten them "I'm still deciding weather or not to speak to inviromental health

I'll still go to Iceland, because it's handy, & the staff are helpful & goods are fine. BUT remember to take care when looking for items on the shelves labelled "Any 3 for £5" (or whatever the number or price is). Even though items that look similar are displayed alongside each other on the same shelf, (e.g. tubs of potato salad & tubs of coleslaw), not everything on that shelf is always included in the offer. Just remember to check that the small print on the yellow shelf label shows the name of the item you want.
