Staff closing the store early Arrived at the store 6:57,
Only wanted a bottle of milk They hadn't even taken the baskets In, The doors were locked two staff members We're messing around by the tills They both seen me stood there Eventually one come towards the door pushing a trolley, Continue past the door whilst grinning Like a Cheshire Cat No attempt to communicate the fact that they were closed also no chance for me to ask them why they felt the need to close early,
When I phoned the store to complain moments later the gentleman replied sorry I thought it had gone seven o'clock it was obvious there'd been shut for some time my phone time is correct by the internet time so obviously no mistakes on my side in which case had to go next door and spend an extra 15p more
In which case I know it's not a lot but it's the principle absolutely disgusted I got the distinct feeling that they did not care one bit as customer service goes it's just not good enough.

Fairly disappointed - not all that well stocked and the till staff were more interested in their personal life than us as customers

No eye contact and busy discussing how much they are going to be paying their parents!

No thank you or customer interaction at all!

Time of visit 11.30 Sunday 6th November

May I suggest customer service training and regular updates

Luckily I was not in store as a mystery shopper or you would have failed!!

Spent £116 . Pleased with our shopping, many multi buys on the things we wanted. Good value. But oh dear, when we got to the till there was Ms. Blackeyes. I won’t put her actual name. She obviously didn’t want to be there and didn’t even acknowledge our presence. She put our shopping through at breakneck speed so there was no hope of putting it into our bags. We had to throw it back into the trolley and pack it in the car park. Not once did she speak to us. So management if you’re putting people like her on the tills give them a little training in their people skills. Remember there are many other places selling frozen products.

Great choice of food for a little shop especially different sauces which is why I primarily shop here and the odd deal that they have on with pizzas. Very accessible for everyone including wheelchair users and really polite and friendly staff

Staff are always very helpful. Usually little or no q's at tills. Tuesdays 10% off for seniors(over 60's). Lots of fesh produce & basics besides frozen. Free local delivery with a £25 spend (ask at checkout before you shop for availability). Bring your own bags. Staff will pack it for you. Excellent!

Slowest checkout ever. One till open despite a queue. Till operator more interested in chatting about personal issues than scanning. Another staff member saw the queue, sniffed at it and went outside. Gave up. Rubbish.

Service for myself was fine, although the elderly gentlemen infront of me had received some pretty terrible service from a bloke that was clearly miserable, telling him that if he checked the price correctly he would have know what the price was. Poor bloke was elderly, give him the benefit of the doubt

Go up
