Deliveries have become terrible since the London Road store closed. Either items missing or not in stock. When my delivery came today there was quite a bit missing. Called the helpline to be told it would be delivered and I would be contacted. Heard nothing for over 4 hours when I called the store direct. Another delivery was scheduled and not all of the missing items were delivered or I had different items instead. Store is now closed so I can't chase it. Not going to be using them anymore for deliveries.

Not sure what the store inside is like but the delivery service is terrible twice I have had orders from this store, the first didn’t show up so I then had to call to find out where it was, turns out it wasn’t even loaded onto the van!! Second delivery I had items missing!! Sort your delivery service out please 🙏

Appalling behaviour from staff . A women in such a rush packing orders , hit my son with the trolley and continued to walk away . When addressed still didn’t apologise or check he was ok .
Cages of delivery everywhere so couldn’t get through aisles with a pram .
Rude till staff when checking out , POS was in incorrect place so offer didn’t come off till price as expected . They went to check and still did not agree so I left my items . Will not be returning .

Just popped in for a few things. Brought my own bag and packed it with items. When arrived at the till I spilt everything that was in the bag only to be told to not shop with my bag only. I must either have a trolly or basket, pack all the food outside the shop. Apparently this rule has been going on for the past 2 months and even before covid, which I've NEVER heard of as I never carry money with me I've always used by phone. I've been told it's what the manager has said. Why doesn't the manager stand as a security guard or even hire a guard?! More cameras maybe? Absolutely pathetic rule, I will avoid this branch at all cost. I've always had my own bag and shopped with it NEVER have I been told to not bring my own bag to shop with

This supermarket is very well stocked and is so cheap with lots of deals there staff are really helpful and will always help and for a smaller shop they have a lovely selection of fresh food aswell the store is always clean and tidy would 100% recommend this place for your food shop and they deliver too

shocking service - deliveries always late if they turn up atall been let down so many times - always got an excuse for everything - the worst run store possible - do yourselves a favour use somewhere else !!!!!!!!

I recently visited Iceland Supermarket in Hove for the first time after living in the UK for 10 years. It's almost like I finally joined the secret club of savvy shoppers. Who knew all this time that I was missing out on a frozen food paradise?

The prices are fantastic, and the deals are even better! I felt like a kid in a candy store—if the candy store were stocked with frozen pizzas, ready meals, and enough ice cream to build an igloo. Speaking of which, you'll definitely need a big freezer to make the most of these bargains. My little freezer at home now looks like a game of Tetris gone wrong.

All in all, it was a great experience, and I left with a full trolley and a happy wallet. If you haven't checked out Iceland yet, do yourself a favour and dive into the world of frosty delights!
