Order delivery for 1.30-3.30 slot didn't arrive
No answers to phones at the shop and customer service number was useless as they had no idea either
And as yet no idea if I will actually receive my order at all

Had an order for same day 7-9pm, didn't arrive couldn't call to find out where it is, no call from store, rang this morning to be told their having problems your on priority delivery but still got to sit here waiting for 2 hours, very bad service

Hi ,to whom this may concern,i waited up till 10pm for my delivery of iceland shopping,the shopping was supposed to have been delivered between 6pm & 8pm,i waited till 10pm and due to me being on medication i needed to go to bed,this as really got me down,i have had no message to let me no that my shopping was not turning up that night,i have lost all confidence in iceland, i have used iceland for a number of years now and if thats how they treat a loyal customer,i will not be ordering anymore.

We find the staff always pleasant at Iceland. On this visit we had filled our basket and it became to heavy so the man who works there took it to the checkout where we could find it and brought another basket back so we could finish shopping. He was very helpful. We find a lot of choice in the store including vegetables. Plus lots of savings.

Appalling delivery service. My latest time to arrive was 7pm and still no delivery. No-one answering phone although store still open! This is 3rd delivery from Hyde. 1st 1.45hr late, 2nd £20 worth of goods missing or wrong. No apology! Won’t ever order from Hyde again. Complete farce.

Always a pleasure to shop at this branch, clean, tidy and helpful friendly staff. Parking available, disabled entrance and ramp if required. Most items easily found and just a few yards from the shopping centre.

Iceland food warehouse hyde went in yesterday
Paid 36ish pound ordered home delivery for between 2 to 4 today
Driver turned up with my shopping very apologetic
That my frozen stuff was lost as the stickers had fallen off
And thus couldnt be identified
He apologised a few time asked me for the receipt( but I couldnt find it have since ) Then asked me to write down what was missing
On assurance that he would return after 5 as he lives local,with my missing shopping it's now 6.50 no phone call nothing
