CIARAN, the home delivery driver. Usually comes out with another driver. BOTH ARE VILE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am physically disabled and today I asked him to bring up my shopping to the front door (first floor flat) and not leave it downstairs in a communal building. To which I got a mouthful of abuse and an argument in my face telling me that it’s the “driver’s discretion” as to where they deliver it. And asked if I’d be paying for his insurance and sick pay if he delivered it to my door. Bearing in mind that they charge for “Home Delivery” HOME DELIVERY MEANS THAT THEY DELIVER IT TO YOUR DOOR.NO OTHER DRIVERS HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS!!! He then proceeds to give me yet more abuse and arguing and even told me not to order from Iceland if I didn’t like it. This isn’t the first instance I’ve had with only these two lazy drivers. Sometimes they haven’t even brought it inside, just left it in the street. 😡 totally disrespectful. Unprofessional and has no respect whatsoever for those with physical disabilities. I’ve rang the store and complained a few times. They have told me in the past that they know exactly who it is. So this must be a regular occurrence. Disgusting behaviour

Tried to speak to the manager about an issue within the shop when I was shopping.
He was very rude and bad mannered, he wouldn't let me get a word in, then put the phone down on me.
I tried to take the star down.
While he is treating customers badly, the shop will lose custom.

Friendly staff. Access is brilliant for the disabled. Plenty of variety of foods available. If you spend over £25 in store then free delivery to your home is available. Outside there is a taxi rank if you do not have a car and the drivers are happy to help you load the bags. Some will even take your trolley back in for you.

Iceland have some of the best tasting own brand stock out of all the "supermarkets" and its decent value for money. Not the biggest store so the selection isn't massive, but you can easily pick up a weekly shop here to keep everyone happy. Oh an they do the weird meat promos so sometimes you can get like kangaroo, crocodile etc don't know why anyone would want that but it's the only other place I've seen it outside the Xmas Market in town.
