It's such a shame to see this iceland go down hill the way it has , I use to work here along time ago and it was very different there , I'm not sure if it's still iceland policy but they use to pack the 1st few items for you but that doesn't happen any more not that I need them to do this but it's just a nice thing to do in my opinion. I went to iceland Morden today and there was staff members there not even in uniform, no one smiles or looks happy everyone is very moody and when I put my items on the conveyer belt I had to stretch over to get the shopping divider thingy again didn't really bother me but then an elderly lady had to do the same thing but couldn't reach it so I had to go back a bit and give it to her because the cashier simply couldn't be bothered to slide it down the rail towards waiting customers , then when all my items were scanned she literally left them on top of the till , didn't even pass them down to me so again I've had to stretch over to get my items , and that did wind me up so I asked her why am I stretching to get my items and she replied well you could of asked . So I now need to ask for the things I've just paid for . I also said to her why are you not sliding the divider thingy down to customers and she just shrugged her shoulders at me , I definitely will not be shopping in there again I'll just use the lidl which is right next door .in my opinion iceland has always been a very customer focused business but that just isn't the case any more

Would have given 1/4th star but unfortunately not possible just how it’s impossible for the staff at the till to serve the customer in a very respectful manner.
Very rude I don’t think so any training would also help their behaviour. Had a very bad experience yesterday when I found out a price difference between the displayed price and the price charged to me. When made them inform with a picture of display with wrong pricing instead of being nice she started being rude and processed my refund in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner like throwing the receipt, tearing it will striking the product off.

Recently been swapped from Tolworth to Morden for our online deliveries. So far 2 out of 3 weeks we have had problems. First time the frozen food was defrosted and last delivery the refrigerated food was frozen. Manager very unhelpful and nit prepared to collect and replace the damaged items. Was told to contact customer service and I'm still waiting two weeks later for the first refund. Terrible customer service.

I find this Iceland store amazing because they somehow manage to only ever have one till open, despite there being thousands of people queuing up. It’s unbelievable and worth a visit just to see how mad their processes are. I avoid this store like the plague because I don’t have five hours to kill waiting to pay for my shopping. Just sort this mess out, as there’s usually 5-6 staff standing around doing naff all, so till train them and get them match fit. Honestly the most daft of daft Iceland’s ever

DO NOT SHOP HERE.
If you do, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.
They are ripping every single customer off.
Have you noticed they always ask if you would like a receipt? And that’s because items that you have not purchased are on your receipt, 99% of customers say no, and they know that.
Their staff are rude, and after popping in for £5 Worth of shopping, they told me it was declined! It was not, I even showed them My bank on my phone and they could clearly see it had come out of my bank, I argued for ages and after being told that I hadn’t paid for my shopping I was made to feel like a criminal. I am still arguing with head office today. 6 days later.
Shocking store, terrible customer service and they are cheating us all every time we step foot inside the store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
