My delivery never turnt up and when I rang this store they said it has nothing to do with them, so I asked if my delivery had even been taken and the reply was I've had 35 orders so how do I know, I then asked if the person could check to be told like I said we have had 35 orders, brilliant, I am now 40 pound down and my children do not have any packed lunch food, this is the 2nd time this store has messed up my order, fuming is a understatement

Bought a pizza yesterday and when eating it found right in the middle of the pizza what looks like (and ive actually asked 4 different people what they think it is and they totally agree) a maggot.
Update 29/10/24
Complained to head office and they requested I send the 'foreign body ' to them and details of purchase, receipts and all packaging which I did. They said it could take upto 10 weeks so I waited....and waited.....after 2 months i had to call them to ask what was happening with the investigation and was sent an email which in a nutshell they told me it's not possible that it happened at their suppliers and basically blamed me for putting it there myself. I again called customer services and complained and asked where the foreign body is now which they couldn't answer I also asked them to tell me what the foreign body actually was found to be after their investigation which they also couldn't answer but promised to look into it. Since that conversation I have had absolutely no reply. So all in all if you find something in your food from ICELAND don't expect them to put it right or actually believe you but do expect them to put all the blame on the customer. Shame on you Iceland disgraceful way to treat anyone let alone a paying customer. I will never shop at Iceland again and by that I mean any Iceland or foodwarehouse and if you care what's in your food I would give them a miss too

Wide selection of items to choose from technically you could meet an average weekly shop by with what's on offer sadly no longer the good value they used to be. However the home delivery is hand to have staf in the city centre we're pleasant and knowledgeable.

Didn't have a pound for the trolley. Asked a member of the team if they could unlock one as I need to do my monthly shop. Was told "no, because you might steal it. We are not allowed, head office order". Went to Iceland in Devonport, still didn't have a pound, asked instore for them to unlock a trolley, they happily did and I spent £382 there instead.

We find prices very confusing and difficult to understand. Seem to have to many prices together for lots of different products. We thought we were buying a product for £2.50 and when we got to checkout it was £4.00. and this seems to happen every time we shop here. If you don't check you bill you could be buying more expensive products than you need to.
Iceland needs to look at this and make some changes. It puts me off shopping there as there rivals Farmfoods pricing is much easier to understand.
