Great range of products, able to get all the products I was after, aside from one.
The only downside was that the frozen foods shop had managed to run out of cooler bags. Kind of an essential when it comes to a frozen foods company. I made-do but it still would have been helpful to have them for the 30mins trip home.

Handy shop for frozen foods and a limited number of non-frozen items, with New Street Car Park only a few steps away. Prices are fair and layout is clear. Somehow, staff are not as friendly as in other supermarkets in town.

Brilliant for slimming world meals etc also have some decent deals.
Well stocked and easy enough to find what your after as well labelled and have never had to ask for any help.
We got a lot of shopping for our money.Staff on tills have always made conversation.

I go in Iceland on a regular basis and I have one gripe which I have reported before and nothing seems to be done, there was one cashier on and two on the floor plus eight people waiting to be served some with large trollies of goods but was anyone called on to another till no, no, no I ask myself is that good service, NO I DONT THINK SO please get your act together.

Just been in shop and no social distancing ,two people walking around not wearing masks when challenged by me they said they were exempt ,but had no notification on them. Didn’t bother buying products, l left basket of food at checkout .If Iceland can’t be bothered to check their store why should l shop there not knowing what has been touched by inconsiderate people, come on Iceland why don’t you do like all other big branded shops and check what’s happening remember we are in a pandemic

Just been into the store and wearing facemasks is NOT being enforced! They are making a mockery of the whole system!! And those saying they were exempt had no proof of such, and they were still being served.
Absolutely disgusting.
My friend at the Daily Mail will be very interested in this story!!
