There is never any shopping trolleys in the shop, there allways in the top carpark and I'm not walking back up that hill when parking is limited and get a fine for parking so shopping basket and essentials only could have easily spent £100 pluss if I had a trolley

Had a really lovely experience in my local Iceland today. I don’t really tend to shop there but today I popped in for some bits and bobs and now it will definitely become a part of my regular shop! This really lovely girl named Alicia asked me if I needed some help as I looked a bit lost and guided me to the right section and even walked with me to the till as I was unsure how to check out. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better employee when it comes to customer service and satisfaction!!

Should if stayed where they were back of Wilko , so unfortunately you have lost at least 5 people I know and me shopping there , bad business decision to move there

Absolutely stupied store, no staff I was in the store Friday afternoon 1 man working on till and not other staff, out of stock of everything I went in there for, they messed up on my on line order I ordered what I wanted and then I had to put a verification code in as soon as I did that my shopping dissappeared. So I travell 5 miles to them and found the store did not have leg of lamb. So I called today and could not get through to no one, the number I have I rang and its says person on another call its been on another for at least 30 mins for which I think the staff is on a personal call. I just want to know if a leg of lamb is in stock? I dont want to travel 5 miles to find still none in. On top of this they had no vegitables, the store is useless.

Was always a decent shop but for the last 2 months or so everytime you go there, there's only ever 1 person on the tills (an older lady, who is actually doing a great job) but despite queues being at times at least 7 customers long, the other staff members (generally a group of 3 or 4 staff members, all at the same time) are always outside smoking (literally stood at the front door in there uniforms). So the lady on the till is struggling by herself while the customers get annoyed at the long waits. The management should be pulling the smokers up on this and the older lady on the tills should be getting double what the others are getting paid.
