Called into done a food shoo yesterday & get a delivery for later in the day. During the evening received a call to ask if we could change the delivery to this morning due to unforeseen circumstances. No problem whatsoever. I got another call a short while later to say they would be able to deliver on the same day. The staff at the Scarborough store are a pretty good team, always helpful, & will always do their best to problem solve. Thank you Iceland, Scarborough store.

Got told off for using my own bag to do my shopping must use their basket. When old losing your sense of balance not so easy to carry both. Never again try somewhere else more user friendly for seniors

Not good at all... I have used Iceland for years and always been good. But not this time, I saw an advertisement for a leg of lamb reduced from £20 to £10, on the website, in Scarborough. So I went to buy one, only to be told it was £20 as it was an online offer. Nothing on the website stated this, so I complained as saying this is false advertising, only to be told that's your opinion, not good at all... complained to staff in shop, phoned shop and phoned complaint line. Only to be told we will pass it on. No details taken off me, or anything.so hopefully nobody else has to deal with this false advertising and waste their time going to buy something, at a different price. To the one that's advertised. The half price leg lamb is on sale as advertised

Great shop that sells a lot of cheap and tasty products. There 1£ frozen meals are very good value. Taste nice and is a 500g portion. Worth having a shop online as they offer same day delivery or next day for a small price. Free over a certain amount. Staff are nice... 🙂

Easy to shop though some aisles are tricky to navigate due to people standing at a chiller either side with a trolley.
Returning trolleys can be a pain if no one opens the doors after you've returned trolley and you have to walk round the shop to exit.
Staff are polite and helpful.
Would be better in a bigger site with dedicated parking and access. A good warehouse style shop would be best due to the cost of living pinch and would make shopping a lot easier and then the delivery vans wouldn't be be looked abandoned outside the store on the pedestrianised area.

Joining the Iceland bonus card, for the first time, l also heard about the Tuesday 10% for pensioner's so l went early and did a large shop and used the free delivery option. I had a great experience and my delivery was with me within 2 hrs of leaving the shop. Great service polite delivery man
