Very rude apply the over 60's discount to customers that are 50 when corrected then tell they customer they look over 60 and beyond and tell you are in your 60's you don't know your age. I will shop in Iceland in Scunthorpe ever again The staff are rude

Why get branded goods at twice the price at the mainstream supermarkets

Good choice of frozen foods. Good layout and nice and clean. Will definitely visit again. Very impressed with buy £20 worth of goods and get free same day delivery.

Loved shopping here fully stocked with everything and good prices. Only down fall management should show by example face mask go over mouth and nose not just mouth. But overall a very pleasant experience. 1 small thing they could do better is make when queuing for till there is define where your surpose wait everyone was iddley piddly.

Did some shopping here today for the third time in a few days. For the third time not only were half the customers not wearing masks, but half the staff weren't wearing masks either. For the second time in a few days I asked the cashier if she could wear a mask and she refused. Then she refused to serve me. The manager then came over asked what the problem was but was more concerned with me asking his staff member to wear a mask than her not wearing one. The same excuse was used "I forgot it, its in the office. I'm not going back there to get it". If anyone is concerned about getting COVID, this shop should be avoided. I certainly won't be coming here again, I'll be shopping online in future from another store. If you don't care about getting infected or infecting other people, or think that COVID is fake, then this is the shop for you.

All the staff in the Ashby store are first class! They are all friendly, smiley and willing to help. Let's not forget the drivers who are first class aswell. When I broke my arm they brought my shopping indoors, no problem. Hats off to the manager for having such a good team.
