I really like the Iceland store in Spalding, It's well planned out and it's easy to find what I'm looking for compared to other shops. The staff are excellent and they are really good at their jobs.

Some good deals to be had, especially the 8 for £8 or the 2 packs of McCain's chips for £6, adding to that the friendly staff who are happy to interact with customers.

Had home delivery today. Several items have arrived with less than 24 hrs use by or best before dates. Stock control is obviously a bit hit and miss. Order pickers either not bothered about home delivery. Or they are just getting rid of dated stock on management instructions..

Very slow at the checkouts one person seving while que was at least 7 waiting, while other staff carried on with their tasks not really aware of waiting customers.

My wife and I moved to Spalding recently, and this was our first time in this Iceland. The usual thing we've come to expect friendly staff and well-stocked shelves, disabled parking right outside the door. Both of us in today and even better with a 10% off for the over 60s on Tuesday brilliant. We love shopping at this store.
