Absolute incompetent. Who ever done the just eat picking is shocking 6/01/2024. I didn't receive order £85 and was told to take it up with just eat even tho the store gave my shopping to wrong delivery. Won't cancel order to refund straight away or even redeliver order and put the phone down on myself and the just eat delivery driver. Disgusting

Iceland has a good range of products and this one which happens to be in Spennymoor is no exception. Whether it be the meat products or the new plant based products there is lots of choice. I was impressed to see a whole range of vegan and vegetarian produce. With one in four food products in the last two years being vegan it is good to see. If we are to meet the 2050 environmental targets then every one of us will have to reduce our meat intake by at least 20%.

Store is good, but a certain member of staff does not have a good attitude , was in the store this morning 24/10/24, only 1 checkout on, she needs a personality transplant.

The shops ok, well stocked, lots of choice and clean but some of the staff, urgh.
One female in particular is unbearable, rude, loud and whingy. She's always so overworked don't you know, even when the shops only been open for 5 minutes. She has a terrible attitude and always has something sarcastic to say. She talks down to customers and if you say something about her attitude, instead of apologising, she gets uppity and arrogant.
She was bragging the other morning about how unfiltered she is and can't hold her tongue, like it's something to be proud of.

The £1 food items for large family has been a massive hit for us with having 3 small children trying to feed them then been able to get a large number of fruit and veg aswell with our budget its really good and I hope all iceland keep this to that price as its hard to live these days with everything going up only thing is I wish fruit and vegetables was cheaper .

Fairly cheap prices a good range of frozen food. Do home delivery and checkouts are manned, if it gets busy they are quick to open up another till.

Prices have come down a lot since these stores appeared. Lots of bargains to be had. Friendly helpful staff in spennymoor shop. Only reason for 4* instead of 5 is due to the aisles being cluttered and looked untidy due to this,making maneuverability with pushchairs or wheelchairs very difficult.
