I regularly order from this shop online for my mum who’s disabled. On the whole it’s okay but you never get texted a link for tracking even though it says you will on ordering and today my mum received her shopping at 19.15 when it was due between 10 - 12 pm! No message to say it was late.

If I could give -1 I would. This is my second delivery today of defrosted produce and icelollies that are water even though I left a note on my order saying, please don't bring me defrosted items this time. THAT'S IT NOW BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE ILL BY ALLOWING YOUR DELIVERY FOOD TO DEFROST AND THEN YOUR UNKNOWING CUSTOMERS THEN REFREEZE.
HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES THERE.
Also I did not receive my free Lunch bowl chicken tikka.

Really disappointed, I ordered groceries yesterday as same day delivery. It says delivered but never arrived, I can't get through to talk to management. I have called customer services and they can't contact Iceland Wellingborough, I have tried to contacting through Instagram and again they also can't get through. Idk what to do I have never had this experience before and I am really disappointed with the situation and lack of communication from the Team at Wellingborough store. I want my shopping sent to me as I need it and due to my dinner being on the shopping yesterday that never arrived caused me to not being able to eat.

Edit: They sent out my order and I have received some items was missing and they have refunded those for me. Reason for still 3 stars as it was the Iceland customer service around the UK that gave me the peace of mind as I had zero communication with Wellingborough Iceland throughout. Please fix it or answer your phone in the future.

Good layout and products always seem fresh. They don't allow the queues to get too long before opening another check out too.

This is one of the smaller Iceland Supermarkets I've been to in Swansgate Shopping Centre, Wellingborough. It's got good deals on and I do like that they have a bonus card deal where if you top up twenty pounds they add another pound to it, it's also good because in the Christmas time, there's always good offers, for example I got another fifteen pounds added on top of the regular bonus meaning I could save money, I just wish it was better staffed as it feels like they put more and more responsibility on the remaining staff and that's not fair on them.

You won’t believe it 😂 I remember during the pandemic, i was wearing a hijab. I didn’t realise for for a second in the queue, I was to close to the gentleman in front of me. The 2 meter rule was going on. The woman on the till, she had blonde hair, she shouted at me to ‘move back’! And in a way that I didn’t understand English 😂 She’s lucky she met me then, that’s why I didn’t complain or anything. Then when I asked her for a bag, she looked up at me (scared) 😂 and said, ‘oh sorry I didn’t mean to raise my voice 😂 you can tell she’s done that to so many others..what a disgrace of human 😐

I always take my dad there, the staff are WONDERFUL so friendly so helpful always ready to have a little conversation with dad, the only thing that let's them down is the size of the shop, it's too small for the volume of people that they get and the positioning of the tills causes even more congestion in the aisles, it is not Covid-19 friendly as it's impossible to keep 2 metres apart... If it wasn't for that i would have given them 5 stars ✔️👍
