Very Rude Customer service by the Gentleman on the till and the Supervisor.

A No care attitude.

I had a temporary card which I had a delivery a delivery registered as soon as I got home and now being made out I am lie.

Asked to speak to a manager and the female supervisor was again very unhelpfull.

Speak to the delivery driver he delivered to me just under a week ago.

Why speak to people rudly when I spent £90 in your store.

Will not return unless a store manager calls me.

Who doesn't love Iceland?! Good selection of frozen foods. Limited fresh food but enough to get by on. Confectionery, soft and alcoholic drinks, toiletries, and cupboard staples, plus a bakery section. They deliver and you can usually pick the same day. There is a small fee, but sometimes you can get it delivered for free if you spend a certain amount. Mine has always been still frozen when I've done an online order, but you can also pop into the store, choose your dhop, and then ask to have it delivered.

We tend to use this store for bits and pieces, during the pandemic they were our life savers, without the weekly delivery we would not have serviced.
Now we are back to normal, they are our backup for frozen, they are the best.

Unfortunately on the day I visited, they were rearranging the store. (Fully rearranging, not just the odd. Freezer) Maybe not a good idea whilst customers were in. But otherwise; well stocked store and friendly staff.

Today in Taunton store on the high Street I could not have asked for better customer service the man on the tills named cane what is amazing he packed my bags precisely he was amazing this young lad definitely needs a blue Peter badge or even member of staff of the the month. Well done cain

We've just had our second online delivery. Very easy to use website. Convenient delivery times and plenty of next day time slots available. The delivery drivers were both lovely and very cheerful. Super quality products at very reasonable prices. Good dates on the produce too, which you don't always get when you don't pick the products yourself in store.

My family has been shopping here over the years, then unfortunately just because went in today with my therapy dog which by the end was turned away from the ignorant, rude old security man said it’s not a thing his words exactly with therapy dogs.

He needs to gets his facts right and look it up and not only when having invisible disabilities with the therapy dog to help me with my health.
My therapy dog goes in hospital.
My therapy dog has even been ICU in Exeter to help me.( and he was welcomed a lot with no problems)

Aka even got the pictures to prove it at hospital 🏥 with my therapy dog.
