Poor experience here today. So I shop and get to the checkout and no assistant on any of the 3 tills. I waited and another customer joined the queue. I was explaining to them that I didn't know which till to wait at when a voice came from the other side of the display saying they would just be a minute. So we waited...and waited...eventually she turned up didn't even acknowledge that we had waited (or even really acknowledge us, illustrated by the fact that she ignored us waiting and served another customer who barged past us). Disappointing level of service and to top it all the items bought on the 3 for £3 offer were charged at full price.

If I had a extra freezer I could shop here and have food to last week's that everybody loves. It has everything I need for 4 children and a vegan husband. I just wish I had more room to buy more. The prices are low and good for value.

Went in thornaby store today lots of three for two offers on . I got to the till to pay. someone said to me is this yours love it was my phone and I had £100 in the phone case I had dropped it on the floor but didn’t know I had . The lads name was Stuart I asked the lass that was serving me . well Stu, is a credit to you honest very pleasant couldn’t thank him enough I hope you tell him he’s a credit to you thanks again stuart

It was alright, better off using the Food Warehouse branches as more choice n easier to get to (helluva trek from either car parks to Thornaby store when you're Disabled☹️)

It was absolutely hectic people were queueing half way round the store with only one till on . You couldn't to the stock for the queue and there were no staff in sight. Stockton store definitely needs a new layout and more staff. Get your finger out at head office and sort it. It's the only decent food store on the high street utilize it. On the plus side the lady on the till was lovely and kept apologising to everyone

My visit to Iceland was very embarrassing as when I got my bonus card up on my mobile it never had a barcode, the shop was packed so the young girl on the till did 2 rings on the bell. OK now the Manager arrives and asked what the problem was, the till operator said that there was no barcode on my phone, the queue is getting bigger with heads bobbing from side to side and I could hear " ooooo I wonder whats going on" the manager looks into my carrier and says " I will just put this in the freezer while you try and get the barcode and proceeded to put the bag under the till counter" I then sat on lhe windowsill I amongst the home deliveries for what seemed like a lifetime with the people I held up looking at me as they pass. I reloaded the app and got the barcode, took it to the till, the girl got the carrier containing frozen food from under the counter swiped my card for payment and I was gone. Never again as they can keep what's left on the card and I will shop at Asda or Aldi.

1 till on 7 in q but lady on till lovely and fast so redeemed the 1 review it was going to get. Too many baskets on floor to manoover around. But store was clean and we got everything we went in for

This is a typical Iceland store with a range of products you would expect to see. The store looks a little worn and tired inside but staff are pleasant and helpful.
