I'm not impressed with the assistant manager for her racial remarks to Richard the till man he was supposed to finish his shift at 12am and he was still working at 12.14pm her disrespectful remarks towards him was not acceptable to anyone and she had no bother about him getting off the till at all, he asked if someone could cover but she blantly shrugged her shoulders that's full disrespectful behaviour and I will take it higher because I have respect for people

This shop is so brilliant, such lovely friendly staff, who go above and beyond with their customer service, I cannot believe what happened to me today, I bought some shopping and left it outside on a bench, stupidly!! something I never do, 🙈I phoned the shop, thinking it was probably closed, and they answered so quickly too!! and one of the very very kind staff members went outside the store and noticed someone was going to pick my bag up, and she said “no put it back” and she kindly even brought it to my home, if that’s not customer service for you, I cannot rate this store enough now!! I wouldn’t even get this from my local Tesco store I know for a fact. And they always over and above extremely friendly, Thank you to Iceland Store Waltham Cross.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

99% of the delivery drivers are fantastic and have even phoned head office to complement them. Just two have let the store down. One is a older man who is extremely rude. I use this store at least twice a month. Had delivery yesterday which included REDUCED sticker on, asked for cooked chicken received frozen raw chicken and all meat had 1-2 days shelf life on. Tried to contact store no answer so phoned head office to say can I have a re delivery on this items and would return the above items. Head office called the store and was told could not deliver as no slots available that would be fair enough but I went on to website and same

It's very well stocked I can always get what I want, but I think it's looking a bit tatty it could do with a good upgrade, and there's never enough tills open
