£100 parking fine for venturing into this car park, didn't even park. Appeals been rejected and told it will be passed to a debt collection agency if I don't pay. Phoned the store who said they cant help, it's all down to the land owner and they don't know who that is. Avoid unless you want a big parking fine!

My mother has dementia she does not see very well and she has a hearing problem the iceland delivery driver always puts himself out there to help even this week he took her rubbish bag to the bins even when mother missed her delivery after going missing he came back with her delivery later that day if there were medals for this service I would nominate him top bloke very much appreciated great job iceland

Unfortunately, this store is tired looking. It needs a make over. Social distancing is impossible here. Narrow isles, promotion baskets in the isle and a member of staff not wearing his mask properly. Still, must have been a busy day as he was doing his work whilst sitting on a chair. The floor was very smooth as he was gliding across the floor with ease.

Received a £100 fine for parking in the Iceland
car park 16 minutes past 8pm. What a way to treat your customers! Congratulations you just lost one. Rubbish location for a food shop anyway so doubt it’ll stay open much longer, they’ve probably had to start the parking fines to make some money🤣🤣🤣!!! absolute joke

Very good for stocking up your freezer but be picky they sell lots of junk food. But there are good good stuff as well if you look. Over 60s get 10% off on Tuesdays.

This is a hard working store I know I iav been working there on frozen for 5 years every member of staff do their up most to inshore all are customers have memble and satisfying shop don't estate to ask for help hope to see you soon ❄❄👍❄❄

Shop in general is good but watched a staff member guy with glasses big build ASSAULT a guy who he “claimed” was shoplifting I understand no one wants anyone shoplifting but to take it into your own hands and Ram him across the shop with a trolley isn’t professional :/ I was most scared at the staff members actions then the “shop lifters”
