I've had a very great experience with Iconic lights. Renovating our home so ordered a few weeks ago. Only now getting around to fitting them all. I've had a few odd things missing (small bits and three things in total). I've emailed twice to inform them and they have emailed straight back and sent the items out. No hassle at all. Lovely lights at great prices. Ordered 2 lights which arrived in no time. Unfortunately, one arrived damaged so I contacted customer services. Was replied to within hours and they sent a replacement out straight away which arrived the next day! Fantastic service.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. 'Computer says no' sort of company. I received a pair of table lamps - one of which I was not happy with. They did not match and had clearly been used previously as it was scratched and marked. They were meant to have marble bases, one of which was pure white with not one spec of marbling. I sent an email explaining that I knew no two lamps would ever be the same but that they looked really mismatched and I have bought them because i liked the marbling effect. The email I got back was basically a one liner - which was not even written in proper English - no capitals etc (never a good sign) advising they could not exchange an item that was not faulty - i would need to send back the full delivery (even thought i was happy with the rest of it) and pay the postage myself for the whole lot. It would have cost half the price of the two lamps. And even then I would have been happy to do it rather than be stuck with two lamps that do not match and that I am not harpy with. Bu the customer services were so unhelpful that I didn't think it was the worth the effort. Its shame as their website looks greats and they have a great product mix but I would never purchase from this company again as the when things go wrong they do not want to know.

Worst customer service. Ordered a lamp with sadly did not live up to the photo on their site, so I requested a refund however 1) I have to pay to send it back at £13 (the lamp cost £21), 2) they will deduct original delivery costs. I called customer services seeking a resolution or compromise but was told their policy per their website was clear. The website has EASY RETURNS in bold, but with clauses hidden away in smaller print. The lady on the phone was not very helpful and effectively has left it to me to sort out. Not returning again.

Ordered lights arrived really quickly, the glass was broken so contacted them. The customer service is great. They sent the replacement out straight away ie spoke saturday and it arrived monday.
Lights excellent. Definately use them again.

Why have they sent me an email saying you still have items in your basket 15 minutes after they have acknowledged my order? and why does the mail address shown on their website and the email address shown on their re email to me reject my reply when I replied on their incoming mail? I did ring them yesterday and was only one person there who didn't have good command of the English language. I only speak English and a little Greek. Hope this company is sound. Will review again if my order arrives.

We had a little mishap with a prosecco cork and one of our new glass pendant lights from iconic lighting on Christmas Day. I telephoned them after Christmas to purchase a replacement. I spoke to Dan who said no worries we'll get a replacement out to you in the next few days free of charge. It arrived today, what fantastic customer service, thank you iconic lights!!

I’ve ordered quite a few items from Iconic lights over the last few years, so when I was looking for a feature for my fire place I ordered the black Raymond Rat. It didn’t disappoint. It looks great on the hearth by the wood burning stove, just the effect I was looking for. He looks as though he’s appeared from behind the stove! It’s a talking point with our visitors.
