Bought a pack of mangled pellets from this seller on eBay. When returned seller claims it arrived empty and that I deliberately did not send him the pellets to scam him out of a refund. When I explained it may have been tampered with on the way they are insistent I’m not being truthful. I’ve even send them the picture of me buying another pack of pellets from Amazon when I returned these. Why would I do that if I kept their mangled pellets.
See how they respond to negative feedback on eBay. When this was pointed out they said it’s because “they are wrong”.
Avoid seller. If things go wrong don’t expect them to do anything but throw accusations that it’s your fault. I have attached the exchanges for your reference.

So I've been using ihunter since 2022 and it is by far my favourite shop for all my airgun stuff. I'm only giving 5 stars because it doesn't go up to 11. It's the best. The customer service is 2nd to none. In my most recent order I had the pleasure of being served by the owner of the company, The Amazing Amanda who went above and beyond any expectations of customer service I dare have. Amanda outsourced some parts for me and got them £20 cheaper than I previously found them. I really couldn't be happier. If they don't have it in stock they can get it in. If they can't get it in, in my opinion anyways, it probably isn't worth having. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone interested in airguns. It's the best. 11/10 all day from me.
