Free parking and a great walk. It's windy at the top, so be sure to wrap up, my visit was mid Feb, I stopped in a shelter half way round to eat my sarnies. Fantastic walk for doggies.

It was a fun adventurous walk up the hill through the ferns, to get to rock formations, I hung out there. Went further through the violet heather.

It was a real delight for a Londoner to see all this beauty in England, once I reach the apex of the Moors.

Stunning views of IIkley and beyond. Seeing 360 ° view of the Moors was out of this world. The sky was beautiful, blue with some fluffy clouds and the sun was out.

I felt like I was on top of the world. The wind was blowing adding a more dramatic and dynamic experience for me.

Fantastic place for the family and your dogs. Interesting stone carvings on the rocks. Be careful though uneven underfoot. Great view over Ilkley. parking is limited but if you don't mind a walk you will find a space.

Well worth the 40 minutes drive, views are unreal... Free parking, cafe and the cow and calf pub just up the road.. make sure you've the right footwear, paths stretch across the Moor way into the distance, we did a looped walk passed the cow and calf rocks, upto a high point where people had created a stone pile.. Then made our way over to the old white bath house, for a sit down and refreshing drink, before working our way back to the rocks.. Brilliant walk took about two hours, our dog loved the fact she could run free, searching the distance for somewhere to go... Busy by the rocks but once you pass the hoards taking selfies by the rocks, it quietness down.. just sit on a hillside or rock and take in the magnificent views...
