I would like to thank the Ilkley shoe shop firstly for the impeccable service I received when I ordered a new pair of Cheaney shoes over the phone. Secondly when I went to pick them up I was treated to a great service from I think it was Paul. I also left a pair of shoes to be repaired with a new commando sole, unfortunately they couldn’t repair them while I was I Ilkley but promised to send them back by post as soon as they could.
I have just received them back and they are like a new pair of shoes.
Thank you again for the excellent service and I will definitely be going back soon.

Replace soles on an old pair timberland boots with vibram and Have used IIkley shoe Co twice now and would use them again. Great online service.

What a wonderful shop.
Needed a new pair of Loake Brogues. Timing was perfect with the sale being on. Rang up to check if in stock, yep, put to one side for me. They fit like a glove. But the shop and staff are something else. So helpful and friendly with no hard sell. And yes, you can’t help but buy additional, but useful extras. The thing that you also notice is the wonderful smell of leather.
I think the chap that looked after me was Sean. A big hand to him for his assistance.
