If I could leave a zero review I would - the staff that work here are great. However, DO NOT BUY from here - it is impossible to speak to a person if you experience a problem. I bought a travel speaker (a £200.00 Bose), and it doesn't work - the sound quality is terrible with severe crackling from the moment I got it out of the box. I have been trying now for two weeks to get a refund/arrange a return and cannot get hold of a person. Despite multiple e-mails (to their e-mail address as advised for a return and the e-mail address on the back of the receipt), nobody is responding. The telephone number on the internet for the store doesn't get answered and the online "contact us form" has also had no response. I am going to have to put a claim in through my credit card company. Be very careful about buying from here, if something does not work or you experience problems, you are likely to find it impossible to get a refund or a response.

Went in to buy some cheap headphones. Kieran came upto me to give me some help in choosing. He was very willing to help, you could see he cared and was very knowledgeable. Ended up buying top of the range Bose wireless headphones. Top quality service even after I bought them he helped me set them up and answered questions I didn't even know needed answered. Top class salesman ?
