Very helpful staff to a novice like me and very friendly. Try to avoid their second hand range because it is far too tempting and I left with more than I went in for. 😂🤣.

Great place to visit. A lot of stock and second hand models and equipment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Have bought from Inwoods for many years mainly at shows or online but also from warehouse. Highly recommended.

Never been to this shop in person, but recently bought expensive RC model from them online. Turns out they are setting up various sellers accounts on eBay to protect they're feedback score. My purchases RC item was not in condition as described, but instead it came with several damaged and missing parts! To add to the insult the model was shipped loosely bouncing in the box without any wrap or padding at all, which resulted in further damage. Seller than blatantly refused any responsibility. Despite posing on eBay as private seller, this was shipped from Inwood models. Con artists 🙁
