Last month, I purchased rotten fish and spoiled assorted meat from Jah African Shop in Glasgow. Both items had a foul odor and were clearly spoiled. Despite multiple attempts to contact the shop, I received no response. I have videos documenting the condition of the products, which were inedible and unsanitary. I would strongly advise against buying perishable goods from this store.

Travelled a fair distance down today as said it was open to get a specific product only sold here and shop was closed (opening hours are 11-5) as pictured on door & google

The owner of the shop is lovely and just adds to the experience. We bought plantain and it's the best we have had in Glasgow.

The prices are very reasonable and the service is amazing.

The jerk seasoning we had is they best we have had, and we have bought various brands from various shops.

Loads of variety of unusual meats and fish, different tinned goods and spices. Loads of types of flours that are naturally gluten free.

We will be back

I bought 2 packs of pamonha yesterday and are sour, smell were horrible, completely spoiled. Probably left out of fridge I lost my money. I could get a a food poisoning. This is shame. The other pack was boiled and the water is horrible smell
