Absolutelly DISGUSTING customer service, i came to pickup a preordeted order and the guy driving this van just came in THE SAME TIME WITH ME HERE, 2 minutes after 16:00 and when he saw me he started Shouting, come tomorrow 16:00 is closed, i didn't even get a chance to say anything.

Ok he is right "16:00 is closed" but he was there, he could just hand me the bag.

Also he had to open the place with a key, so if i came earlier no one would have been there.

DISGUSTTTTTIIINNNNNGGGG.

I asked for his name he was just looking in the ground not saying anything.

I promise he was looking (the look on his face) and acting like he just came out of a jungle with no contact with the civilised world.

Even if i didn't get the order it was fine but NOT TO BE TREATED AND TALKED TO LIKE THIS.

Unvelievable, honestlly, i don't even care about the order but you cannot just behave and talk to customers like this, you can keep the order and hope God help you.
