5/5 for everything!! We called in as we was walking home, we had never tried jesters before today and we got the k special box and wow!! This did not disappoint! It was delicious!! The gent who was on the counter aswell was polite and smiley, very welcoming! Will definitely be going back again!

Absolutely amazing! Great Customer Service, Great Value and Great Food. Waiting time for food is absolutely phenomenal, food is ready in 5-10 minutes of the order being Taken . I would highly recommend everyone to give this place a try. Will definitely be back!

Avoid this place. Absolute rubbish and rude!!

I have been ordering since it opened, which was quality and decent size burgers back then.
Lately these guys have gone down hill at 100mph!
I ordered on Ubereats 2 chunky fillet burgers, 1 fillet was thin as a 2 pieces of tissue paper.
The other fillet was pink and uncooked see pictures.
Called to complain rude staff didnt care saying "our fillets are all thin and we use paprika on the fillet its not raw"
Clearly they dont care about customer aftercare.

I wont be shocked when you close down soon and lose customers due to your inconsistent food and rude customer service. Typical stuck up arrogant takeway owners soon it slap you in the face hard.
Robbing and lying to customers doesnt get you anywhere fear God and change your actions before you lose everything.

Absolutely loved the food from here & excellent customer service.The food was fresh,very delicious and cooked to perfection.Very good portion sizes and value for money.The coleslaw is also really nice i was very impressed! I would highly recommend everyone to give this place a try.Will definitely be back!

I was followed by suspicious person in dewsbury high street.
When i enter the shop and seek for assistance the lady team members are very nice and very willing to offered help and make me feel safe.

I went in to Jesters for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon after a quick visit to Dewsbury. What a mistake.
At first, I went in and walked back out after assuming it was shut as there was no staff around, and the whole building was empty with no music, etc.
I walked around outside and spoke with a mate who said it should be open and went to try again after 20 minutes.
There was a staff on the counter who looked grumpy and not welcoming, but I still ordered my burger meal. Whilst waiting, I could hear some staff at the back being loud and noisy playing about, but I just ignored it, and then they started to play music on their phones. There were no other customers until I left, but the tables were not clean.
I sat on one table that was slightly clean to eat when my food was ready thinking this Jesters chunky chicken fillet meal would be great but after a few bites I knew this was a mistake, bland flavour, a few slice of shredded lettuce (nothing else) and literally a pinch of burger sauce.
I would not recommend this place to anyone with how it's run.

Got the 4 piece fried chicken meal (even though I asked the staff for the wings meal) and it was really disappointing. There was too much batter on the chicken that it was falling off in clumps and it was drenched in oil. The top layer of the batter was crispy but once you bite into it all you could taste was mushy uncooked batter. I can’t even finish one piece because of how greasy it was. The only good thing I have to say is that the pieces were really big and the chips were good.

I got a takeaway order and a member of staff was sat on top of the soft drink cans on their phone and people (who I’m guessing were the owners or people in charge since they didn’t eat anything and one had uniform on) were sat talking loudly and not making a very nice environment to be in.
