I chose this location as a DPD collection location.
They refused delivery.

Crazy idea: if you can’t take packages, don’t agree to be a drop off location.

The entire point of being a drop-off location is to allow someone to receive a package when they are not in. If you are refusing delivery then it gets returned to the depot that is causing even more hassle. Thanks for wasting my time.

On the plus side they are open all hours which is useful. But still massive pain with the drop-off issue so 3 stars.

the clerk in the night shifts is very strict. if you're missing like 3p, he will be very insistent on paying it. and always asks you to only pay with cash and notes and disallows you from using your debit or credit card for any payment under £3.

Be aware if you use this address as your click and collect location, if it’s a large package you won’t get it. They send it back….caused me a major headache. Spoken to delivery company and apparently they have a history of refusing bigger packages (size of a shoebox). This store offer you no service in the area of Click and Collect…first time that I’ve ever had to leave negative feedback

EVRI - DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCEL TO THIS SHOP!!!!!! They have no idea and will not hand over your parcel unless you provide a “pick up code” that DOES NOT EXSIST. Use the Tesco Express by Hove Station who know the correct procedure for EVRI which is ID based.

An excellent corner shop prices are good with a large selection of groceries and stuff. Open til 3am which is handy and you can collect Amazon from there. It also has paypoint

Collect + have a size and weight limit on their website. If you have a package that is under the thresholds your drop off point is contractually obliged to take it from you. I don't like writing negative reviews but hopefully this will stop another person being turned away as I was today despite meeting the package size/weight requirements.

Just the rudest man every time! Don’t bother using. I went in nine months pregnant with a box I’d lugged there as a Collect Plus returns point and he wouldn’t take it as said had too many. Literally about to pop! Has happened a few times, just grumpy miserable man. Avoid avoid!
