Update 23rd January 2025.
I really don't know where this companies get such amazing staff from. It seems every time I visit they get better and better.

There is always a welcome smile on entering the store even on a wet and windy winters day.

Tia, a bright, smiling, enthusiastic young lady looked after me really well and even carried a heavy sack of bird food halfway across the car park to my car for me..
Excellent customer service and really good people skills.
Keep up the great work 👍

So good to see how much this store has improved in the past 12 months.
The layout is more interesting the range seemed to have been enlarged.

They seem to have kept the prices under control.

The one constant point is the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

Tia served me today even at 7:30 in the evening she was there behind the counter with a bright happy smiling face.
She assisted me in getting the right food for a Chihuahua and even went and fetched a couple fat ball tubs which I had almost forgotten.
I can also confirm that she is a dab hand driving a pallet truck.
Keep up the good work.

Another excellent visit to this lovely store which has had a bit of a makeover in the past few months.
On this visit the staff had to just received the delivery of 12 pallets of merchandise and I have to say that they were on it it with the speed and Efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop team.

Martha the Manager was bright and sparkling and and handled my enquiries in a cheerful professional and efficient Manner.
One of the team members a young gentleman even went as far as to check the unpacked pallets for one of the items I was hoping to buy top marks for his enthusiasm.
I will be back again soon.

First time visited Pet Clinic at Bridgwater Jollyes Pet Store,first impressions was fantastic ,store very organized, fantastic access,plenty of space ,greatly presented,with good customer service. Reason We come to visit to do vaccinations for bulldog puppies.We been invited to Pet Clinic, which is specifically designed room for pet visits ,with highly professional approach from Vet Vasilijs ,who done vet checks,and vaccination.Puppies felt at ease,they was calm and happy.Fell all asleep way to home.We highly recommend pet clinic and store

I came in looking to buy a pair of Dumbo rats. Left the same day with two beautiful boys. All staff have been super helpful even when viewing the boys as someone who's in a wheelchair they catered to my needs. I often enjoy going back in to look for little treats for the boys and have a good chat with the lovely staff.

Went in yesterday most ignorant staff EVER ! also many birds in cages and many water bottles yet not one bottle contained water and bottles were filthy and rabbit water bottles far too low no way can rabbits access that water absolutely disgusting place

Great service today from the team at Jolleys. We bought the wrong dog food a couple of weeks ago, and the manager didn't hesitate to refund it and exchange it for the right one.
The team here are always so helpful. Great work!!

I love this place, the people inside are absolutely lovely, I pick up all of my dog food and some food for the birds, and they also do an animal food bank which is really nice. They have a massive variety from raw food to dry food and they even have a little wooded stall thing with dog treats on. I couldn't recommend this place more.
