I've been coming here for a few months now and I must say, I'm very pleased with the quality of fruit n veg. I usually buy navels (oranges) and they're delicious! Sweet and juicy unlike supermarket bought. The Blackcurrant conserve is mouth wateringly (if that's even a word) morish and goes lovely on a slice or 3 of toasted tiger bread with proper butter.
The smoked garlic is lush, a great addition to a chicken casserole.
The staff are very helpful and are always happy to help. I will continue to visit the shop whenever I need fruit or veg as the prices are very reasonable.

Good fresh produce good prices! Just about all fruit and veg varieties available! I am particularly impressed if they don't stock it will do there best to get it! I have a thing about black garlic which is now regularly available! But what makes this my favourite little goldmine is the staff who are Fantastic!! Well done guys! But watch out for the nutty one M !!!!

I was given this rotten onion so complained. The shop assistant said “so what!” and shrugged her shoulders. I haven’t been back since. Other shops have excellent customer service but it is poor here.

Excellent quality fruit and vegetables. You pay fractionally more, but the quality is far better and lasts longer than supermarket produce. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Wide range of fresh and reasonably priced fruit and veg. Always plenty of customers so produce is always tip top. Friendly helpful staff who insisted on helping us to carry our shopping to the car even though we were parked just outside the shop. Staff are very well thought of in the locality.
