Appalling customer service . Refused to exchange a faulty vacuum cleaner within 48 hours of purchase despite supposed 30 day exchange/refund guarantee . Apparently its normal for a vacuum cleaner to overheat and cut out after 10 minutes of use ? Disgraceful

miserable staff that sigh when they have to go collect your order, no thank you or anything like that just dumped my order on the counter and walked off! won't be using argos collection again in keighley until they sort out the customer service.

Very helpful & friendly staff. In days of rude & uninterested sales assistants it comes as a breath of fresh air to visit this store. Not only are the staff friendly & welcoming but are both polite & efficient.
I had expected to collect an order at the Keighley store in Sainsburys but it was incorrectly labled. It was delivered to the Sainsburys store by mistake. The Argos staff located it & called me to arrange collection within 30 minutes of my contacting them. I think many sales staff could learn a great deal about customer service by visiting this store, the manager & his staff are a credit to Argos.

PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ARGOS ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY FOR A PRODUCT YOU ORDER AND THEY DONT HAVE THEM... ORDERED A FRIDGE AND DELIVERY DAY CAME AND WAS TOLD VAN BROKE DOWN THEN WAS TOLD HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR IT... THEY HAVE MORE THAN ONE VAN AND IF THEY HAD THE PRODUCT THEY WOULD HAVE PUT IT ON THE DAY AFTER DELIVERY....THEY ARE TAKING ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS THEY DONT HAVE BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED PEOPLE WILL GO ELSEWHERE SO THEY ARE LYING TO GET THE ORDER LEAVING PEOPLE WITHOUT
