šŸ‘ Reviews of Key Store Convenience Store

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Key Store. On 29/3/24, I visited the store to pick up a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me. However, to my shock and dismay, I discovered that the store had attempted to steal my parcel, despite photographic proof of its delivery

The staff at the convenience store were uncooperative and dismissive when I inquired about the whereabouts of my parcel. It was evident that they had mishandled the delivery and were attempting to withhold my package unlawfully. Such unethical behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of the store.

I demand an immediate explanation and resolution to this matter. The convenience store's actions not only violated my trust but also breached the basic principles of customer service and honesty. I urge other customers to exercise caution when dealing with Key Store to avoid falling victim to similar deceitful practices.

I expect a prompt response and appropriate measures to rectify this situation. Failure to address this issue will compel me to take further action to safeguard my rights as a consumer.

Sincerely,

Hamish

I go into this store quite regular. the staff is so friendly and very helpfull. I go in to collect my parcels, when I walk in the door (pam) the manager has my parcel sitting waiting for me she is so very helpfull. I have a laugh with her she is one in a million.

The service I experienced by one of the female members of staff at the till was the worst customer experience Ive had with any company for a long time. She was rude, unhelpful and made the simple process of picking up a parcel a horrific experience. I’ve never had any issues before with the lovely guys behind the counter. The lady that served me shouldn’t be allowed on the front counter and should be in the back where she doesn’t have to interact with people. Will not be returning and will make sure I choose a different key store to pick up from in future.

Pam and Tony are lovely shopkeepers and friends. They went above and beyond for me at the beginning of lockdown when I wasn’t able to send my parcel to my friends wee boy for his birthday due to lack of couriers. Tony kindly hand delivered my parcel to ensure I didn’t have a disappointed 4 year old ā˜ŗļøThe shop itself is spotless, has a great variety of products (if there’s anything else you need they are happy to stock for you) and I always get a lovely chat and laugh with Pam and Tony. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else! ā˜ŗļø

Would leave zero if I could. Which is a shame, because the guy is lovely but the younger woman must be bi polar or something. Absolutely miserable (as someone else has noted), extremely unhelpful and rude. Will not spend money in this shop again - is bookended by a shop at either side of the village, both of which could not be ran by more helpful or lovely staff. Keep behaving like this and you’ll end up with no custom.

I would give this a 0 if I could but sadly I can’t I’ve been going to this shop for years and some weeks daily for people around me but I’m at my wits end with Pam and I will name and shame because she has ZERO customer service Tony is lovely and their daughter I’m assuming she has glasses but I dunno her name they two are lovely always smiling asking how your days been etc then there’s Pam hitting you a growler as soon as you walk in the door I always say hi and bye and she’s so ignorant to the point I’m done giving her my money she’s nothing but rude she’ll laugh and talk to the customers infront of me and as soon as I get to the till her face drops and she sometimes doesn’t even tell me the price or when she does she shouts it at me as if I’m deaf or stupid I’m absolutely done shopping at her shop would rather give my money to the nisa or usave as they have lovely customer service no matter what time or day or who is on the tills not to mention she shoved a bag at my sister when she asked for it instead of packing it like she usually does I’m refusing to go back there now so it’s all her fault she’s lost out on a loyal customer I’m nothing but nice and get treated like dirt on the bottom of her shoe day in day out for probably the best part of 5-8 years. Also she was talking about me when I was in the shop to another customer thinking it was funny and hilarious as if I couldn’t hear so much has happened with her I can’t put into words but I’m absolutely done anything I know about retail is whatever happens outside of your job you leave it at the door and put on a smile no matter what not taking it out on your customers.
