Very rude member of staff when attempting to post some parcels using Yodel. I was the only customer in the queue and yet the lady behind the counter informed me that she must serve the ‘customers’ first. I must add, the only customer in the store at the time other than myself was browsing the aisles and was not at the counter themselves. Stores must choose to opt into the Yodel service and so I believed that I was also a customer deserving to be served by staff when at the counter. The lady informed me that they only got 10p per parcel and so this is the reason why they serve customers buying stock first. I informed the lady that I was not happy with her service and I told her I would be going elsewhere to use the yodel service for now on. Very disappointing service and certainly will not be shopping or using yodel in this store again.

Very abrupt and rude counter staff when collecting a parcel. Young member of staff was very polite, however. Needless to say, I won't be using that shop again.

Typical small local shop. Very nice and friendly staff if you don't count the owner who thinks he's Mark's and Spencer. Good prices though and certain competition for local Co-op.

4 bottles of desperados for 6 quid.bargain.love it.often have a groggy head in the morn.
