Recently purchased 2 Celebrity Newstead Riser Recliner chairs. Very comfortable, lovely material, very sturdy, extremely well made and plenty of functionality. Would recommend Kingfisher Furniture in Stratford - Upon - Avon to anyone. First class service from both Mark and Nina. Nina was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Exceptional Experience. We found Kingfisher Furniture by a random Google search and although not local thought we would visit and are pleased we did. Parking was easy and more than convenient (important in Stratford upon Avon!) and the Showroom tidy and well stocked. Our buying experience could not have been better and was very enjoyable. Mark was very knowledgeable and soon felt like a family friend. We placed an order for two Sherbourne riser recliners and added a settee by phone when we got home. All through the process we were kept informed by Nina as to progress and delivery dates. The delivery itself was a dream and even though not employed directly by Kingfisher reflected their standards and ethics completely. We purchased our Jay-Be sofa bed from Kingfisher Furniture based on their website, other reviews and the delivery/white glove assembly service included in the price. As soon as our item was ready for delivery the communication from Kingfisher (Nina - so on the ball and professional) and the delivery company they use was excellent. I am delighted with the whole experience, including the removal of the packaging after assembly. So refreshing to deal with people who take pride in their jobs.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with Kingfisher Furniture, right the way through from order to delivery. Their pricing was very competitive and included free delivery, so the price shown was the price I paid.
Nina kept me informed of the progress of my chairs then arranged a convenient delivery date. The delivery men rang me an hour or so before arriving, unloaded the van and placed them exactly as I wanted. First class service from start to finish, Congratulations to Kingfisher and their friendly caring staff.

I would like to thank Nina at Kingfisher Furniture for the advice support and her understanding when we ordered our Sherborne Recliner chairs and Sofa , being we are in our late 70s and have never ordered Furniture on line before we were nerve's of placing a order but Nina was patient with us sending leather sample's and waiting for us to think about our order we were kept up to date on devilry date and time , we are delighted with our Furniture and the savings we made thank you so very much Nina Excellent service this is a genuine review .

From the very first contact via an email sent to the Kingfisher website one evening to enquire on products right up to and after delivery, I have received nothing but the best customer service.

My original email was replied to immediately and included links and prices to all the products I had asked about, I was also promised a call back the following day to discuss my query further. As promised I had a call from Nina whose product knowledge was second to none and since that call I have been kept informed on every single step of my order, I was sent fabric samples and all options were discussed to ensure that I had chosen the most suitable bed for our requirements.

I have now had the most gorgeous bed for a couple of weeks and both myself and my husband have had the best night's sleep in a very long time, everyone who has seen it says it looks like something out of a magazine. The bed has been manufactured to the highest standard and you can really see the quality, the delivery process and the friendliness of the boys who built it and ensured everything was to our satisfaction was absolutely spot on.

This company really care about their customers and it shows, I would not hesitate to recommend Nina and the team to other people and I would happily return to shop here again. If I could rate 6 out of 5 I gladly would!
