My 11 year old son went in today and was called a glory hunter several times by the cashier. We don't know a name but it was a transgender cashier, not bring that into it but for the sake of a description. All because my son had a Man City shirt on. He was questioned why he doesn't support a local team and was told 'I hope city lose today.' Unfortunately I wasn't present as I would have given a very direct comment back, but am relaying what happened as a terrible review of customer service. If you want to live in a world of acceptance as we all do, I suggest you also preach kindness as we all should be living with a kind heart. My kid is 11. No need for it, just plain rude.

Inappropriate rude racial profiling by the cashier

Update 30/12 : You may recall telling us you need to protect your business from threats after aggressively asking us repeatedly what we were after.
A person of color is not a threat.
All we ( 3 professional brits) wanted to do was purchase snacks and drinks for our journey.

You may not have had a problem previously but it is obvious you have now.

The cashier made inappropriate comments about my appearance when I came in. When I asked about if they had a specific drink for sale, she grunted and then decided to have a ten minute argument with me about it. I found her attitude was appalling. What ever happened to the customer is always right on matters of taste?
