Terrible experience. The guy at the front had horrible customer service and was very rude. Yelling at his customers, trying to fight, and cursing at his customers. Just because of a comment made on the freshness of the vegetable. You don’t treat your customers like that. Ever. Learn some customer service and how to handle your customers. Go to Market Asia instead. They have better/fresh products and their customer service is way better.

Ali bhai who deals with meat is brilliant. He is very nice and a true gentleman. Will do and help you everything. Makes excellent meat cuts. Very professional. Amazing human being. Most of desi stuff available. Zaman at counter is a nice man and owns the business. Better than other halal shops in Scunthorpe. Clean, friendly, convenient, reasonably priced. Excellent hala shop of town.

Honestly speaking, this is an amazing grocery shop for Bangladeshi, pakistani , indian, afghan, Turkish, Arabian products and halal butcher. Very welcoming friendly service. I can't recommend this shop more. Really satisfying. Comparable to big Asian groceries in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester, Blackburn etc.
