We spoke to Darren instore and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took alot of time giving us excellent advice. He provided samples and even offered to visit our home to advise re furniture layouts without any obligation to purchase.

I visited the shop around 2 week ago, everything I asked the sales assistant she said she doesn’t have an answer and will send me an email with regarding fabrics/ furniture prices etc and she will send choices of alternative products. 2 days later, Sarah send me an email just provided the sofa prices and In her email she stated that she will send the details later as she is very busy. Until today I haven’t received anything. Not great customer services to be fair.

From our first visit to the store through to delivery, we found the service to be polite, courteous and professional. Jackie Taylor was outstanding in both her expertise and experience. She welcomed us at outset and spent a lot of time ensuring that we would receive a product that would delight us. She kept us informed throughout the process and made special arrangements to have our furniture delivered a day early to ensure that adverse weather conditions would not affect the delivery. That is what we call SERVICE!! The delivery boys were also fantastic - nothing too much trouble. Placed our furniture, removed the packaging and all we had to do was enjoy our purchases. We will definitely return.
