Served by the manager and her colleague, both such lovely ladies! She was so helpful, even when I tried on so many different pairs haha!

If I could I would not even give 1 star !
Absolutely awful experience!!!
From start to - not even finish !
I came to one of their store in Braintree - Freeport outlet village after work with my 6year old . I walked into the shop and non of the workers have said hello or good evening , bear in mind the store was empty and they were just chatting away behind the till.
Not one came up to see if I need any help or if they could help me .
I went up to ask for a size for a high hill and when she came out she was really rude and only thing she said to make sure my daughter don’t drop the food ! She wasn’t eating / just holding the food and I said to the women ( sorry wouldn’t eve call them ladies ) that I can’t leave my child outside !
I wasn’t dressed to go out clubbing after a days work myself so if your people don’t welcome everyday customers or children not allowed in their store please say so !
I left very unhappy and sure won’t be returning back even tho I used to like that shop !

I wanted to write a review as my experience at the Braintree Freeport store today was outstanding. I went into store with a voucher as a birthday gift and went to purchase a bag. The manager of the store (unsure of her name but short dark hair, lovely lady) actually gave me my bag for £9 less as it was my birthday and she said it was a gift from Kurt Geiger. This was so thoughtful and really made my day so I wanted to thank this lady and wanted to commend the brilliant customer service.

Just want to give a mention to the young girl who helped me today. (A young girl with long hair, didn't get her name unfortunately.) She was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help me get the shoes I wanted which they didn't have in my size. All ordered and on their way from another store now. Thank you so much!

No stars, absolutely appalling customer service, in fact there is none. The staff are of no help whatsoever, no manners whatsoever. Bought some sandals for my wife's birthday with my 2 young sons. Asked for a box to put them in and was told bluntly 'they don't have em' asked then if it was possible to have them gift wrapped 'we don't do that' no apologies or empathetic response as one would expect from a customer facing establishment. Diabolical
