Great store and today had a promo of 3 items for the price of 2 which was much appreciated! Well laid out and outlet prices are so much better than full price!
Special shout out too for the retail assistant, Harry, who was really friendly who is an asset to the store!

The staff was super helpful. They guided us and answered questions about the designs and the material. It was because of the staff that we were able to buy more than we planned for. The store was well stocked and had good deals. I would definitely go there again.

Price marked up on jeans took to till was told they were marked up wrong so assistant went and got another pair. These too were priced same along with others I asked if I can have at marked price and was told no and had to pay amended price if I wanted them even though all shown were priced up same. …. Shocking

Staff are so helpful. I tried on 3 pairs found the jeans that were a good fit. But too long in the leg. One of the Levi team said no problem we will alter them and post them to you. I brought 2 pairs. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Which in this day and age is a welcome surprise. Thanks to all the team. DG

One of the best shops I have been in for a long time. The staff were all attentive and knew their product well. I was given lots of advice about certain cuts/ fits of different styles.

They even offer to make free amendments to leg lengths if they don't have your exact size in store.

Love this outlet! Everyone working here was really friendly and went out of their way to help me find a pair of jeans that fit. The staff were really knowledgeable in the styles and different fits, and this was during a 3 for 2 promotion when the store was already rammed and busy.

The staff went out of their way to help myself and wife, we bought 2 pairs of jeans and the tailor wasn't there, they explained that due to the tailor not being there they couldn't offer us the tailor service but the 2 members of staff twisted the managers arm to get our jeans tailored (we explained we had children and didn't live nearby)

Great service and review deserved. They went above and beyond for us both.

The shop was also mental busy so was super impressed
