We are regular visitors from overseas and have visited this shop several times. The positives, plenty of variety, especially fresh vegetables. But apart from that, the shop layout could be a bit better although not a put off.
Our biggest gripe is how rude the staff are. When asking about finding an item, the response has not been a friendly one with a pointed finger but no warmth or a smile. This we have experienced several times. I would have thought customer focus is paramount in a service industry. Sadly, the staff on the floor lack this. A good training program would be highly beneficial. Hopefully, this review is taken as a constructive one and not a negative.

All Indian groceries available at reasonable price. Just take note of expiry date as many products were found expired. Limited parking space. Staff is friendly.

Nice shopping experience with some good offers. But the trolley/baskets is a big minus point here. As we couldn't see any trolley. As for the baskets with wheels, was very disappointing experience. Need proper ones to shop, moving around with more smoothness & flexibility, rather than having to drag it and struggle all along. Some items have a very good offer and some, double the price compared to other stores. A few pennies here or there, is understandable but double🤔🤔is a big No-No!
However, I'd want to visit thus place again and hope to see some improvement as well, especially the shopping baskets🙂

Good shop always has the essential items for Indian cooking however sometimes fruit and veg not so fresh and staff to busy talking than actually paying attention to the customer they are serving.

Very frustrating. Good selection of items but out of the 7 items I purchased, I was over charged on 4. 3 items were charged at a higher price than advertised/labelled and the cashier scanned more QTYs than I had of another item therefore I was overcharged again.
I only realised after a left and had no time to go back.
Also, for the record, I'm not a freshy who mis read the pricing. Imagine all the poor people who have been overcharged and not realised.
Please sort this out, terrible business practice.
