First off in my opinion i dont believe the person pricing items has the correct training, the prices in this charity shop are not helping the community at all. People go to charity shops to help put clothes on there backs and shoes on there feet at a affordable price, even more so being second hand donations. Secondly being served in this shop the young lady was more interested in looking at whos calling her personal mobile then realising shes slapped my change on the counter and over the floor. Sorry for the negitive comments / review i just hope you can work on this.

2nd time in a few weeks that my child has picked out a toy, got it home to find it doesn't work when we try it with batteries, due to the battery acid having leaked inside!
Disappointed little girl. Never again.

I used to love this charity shop but the prices recently are insane! I understand they are trying to raise money for charity (and to pay higher ups salaries 🙄) but they can't be serious with the prices, surely?! Used to walk out with bags full but walk out empty handed most of the time now. Also, it used to be busy but now I'm always the only one in there. I won't bother any more.

Lovely shop have really nice things but get dog eyed at 4:30 to leave while they passive aggressively count the till and shut the shutters.

I think this charity shop has forgotten they get these items for free!
£4.95 for Primark shorts with the tags that say they were originally £6, why would I bother?
£8.95 for some used slippers and other absurd prices.
Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Took some items here to donate and was met with nothing but contempt and displeasure from the 3 female staff sorting my donations out. Upon asking for my containers that I'd brought the donated items in back, I was complained at by one woman who told me to "Bring it in cardboard boxes next time because it makes it easier for us". You're receiving items for free, I don't think it's too much trouble to move items from my boxes and into your own.

Donate somewhere else, they might actually appreciate receiving your items for free.

Extremely Rude Staff, I was going to spend quite a bit of money in the shop but because of their attitude and appalling behaviour I will never shop in the store ever again. It's with regret because the shop had some really nice items and it is for a good cause.
