One member of staff is extremely rude, She has red hair and her name is SUSAN for anyone wondering what she looks like, she is constantly making rude comments under her breath and i’ve also witnessed her accusing people of stealing stuff when they quite clearly have not and she kicked a group of people out for looking for things to buy because they were apparently stood around blocking the door and causing disturbances when they were not , she just makes the coop a not nice place to be when she’s working there. If there was a 0 star I’d have put that , especially for SUSAN

SUSAN has done this multiple times now!

This part is not to do with SUSAN, but today I witnessed an elderly lady grab a shelf to lean on and it fell over, this could have caused a serious injury and I think this should be mentioned. This shelf should be secured to the other shelves to prevent stuff like this happening as it can cause serious injury.

It’s a shame I’m having to write this because all the other staff are really nice and helpful !!!!!

Like any coop it's pricey, but after saying that coops did have the cheapest mince pies over the Christmas period. A well laid out shop with friendly staff. Carpark a bit small but adequate

No money service provided after their cash machine broke.
Should be other service in place if you have a cash point.
General manager will be informed of the rude staff at this store.

Know a lot of the staff and they're always friendly. Just a shame that you can't always get best value for money but that goes with any co op really. Nice and convenient for anyone in Moorland or Boultham areas though

Purchased an hair spray on offer, charged full price at till, when queried found that ticket was 48hrs out of date. Although no doubt that staff changed these, it's the manager who should have checked all promotions.

As this is my local Co-op I’m more than happy to say that at this store they have friendly and helpful staff, the store is clean, easy to navigate and every time I go I come away with exactly what I came for (or a very close second) and the fact that there is the post office at the back of the store is very convenient. I would give this store 5/5 all day long ?
