Arrived at site at 2201hrs doors all locked wanted food and a hot drink as lorry driver. Spoke to male member of staff at till thorough cash Shute i said I wanted a hot drink only to be told “ not at his time night our machines are being cleaned” very unprofessional and rude. Good job McDonald’s are next door. Thought shell and Waitrose was a 24hr service. Would be better with helpful staff.

Stayed at the Travelodge, wanted a pack of blue rizla. Normally around 50p, they wanted £1.70. I incredulously told him I wasn't interested, nuff said!

Been here on a break from my long journey. The toilets were clean and soap and paper were filled , there is a big variety of cold fizzy drinks and snacks and meals. Also they have the basic tools and consumables you might need for your car
Staff was pleasant and helpful, will definitely recommend.

Good experience, good customer service and politeness of the staff. My visit during the pandemic allowed me to avoid key supermarkets and found that all my essentials plus more can be found here without the hussle and bustle, queuing systems and having to worry about maintaining social distancing amongst loads of people, it was quiet and at one time I was the only person in the shop. Perfect for me
