Went to collect john lewis shopping from this waitrose branch, had my barcode scanned and have been asked to show ID. The staff came out with someone else's parcels, 2 big boxes that looked like have shoes in them. Worth way more than the item I was picking up. My point is, why ask for ID and not look at it and cross match it on the device and check the name on items before handing to customers?! I could be an opportunist, take the items and sell them on to Ebay or somewhere Second time this has happened to me in the same branch. Please train your staff properly.

Constant noise from their trucks running outside our flats sometimes from 4:30 am, just leaves the truck running smashing and banging until 6am every morning. The new manager is not friendly or helpful at all wouldn’t even change a £10 note for me. Everywhere to Waitrose is a loading bay they can park, stop, block whatever they want.

Always like coming into this store. Firstly to pick up my John Lewis Orders and/or any returns and then secondly, to treat myself to one of their delicious food items. They have a pretty decent range of products for what is a small store. Staff are always super helpful and polite. Will be shopping here more often.

As the name suggests, this Waitrose is smaller in size. They have really good discounts on products, time to time. Bakery items used to attract flies in the warmer months. Now, they have been placed in shelves which are covered. I was so pleased to see that. Recently, self scan tills have been updated. Upon my recent visit, I could see some elderly found that tricky to use but a member of staff was explaining the customer very patiently, how to use it. I would suggest you to download the Waitrose app on your phone so that you never forget your vouchers at home. The coffee machine is back. All you need is your own reusable cup to have a free coffee with every purchase. Parking is available at the rear. All in all a great place in the heart of Cheam Village for quick shopping.

I recently visited Little Waitrose & Partners Cheam and was impressed by the variety of food options available. The shelves were well-stocked with fresh produce and there was a good range of ready-to-eat meals. The environment was clean and welcoming, with a bright and inviting atmosphere. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Little Waitrose & Partners Cheam for anyone looking for quality food options in a convenient location.

Staff gossiping and being disrespectful to customers. Jane, Mo, Mohamed, Kasia, I have to mention these names as their were the one who talking behind my family back while we doing our shopping in Waitrose and of course they didn’t notice that we were together. We are a local buyer and loyal customers to Waitrose for over the past years. This is how they upset us, As soon as my dad entered they saw my dad and Kasia was giving a disgusted face to my dad just because he wants to buy a reduction items. The young man “Mo” joined the gossip saying “omg, I literally saw him everyday just to buy the reduction items” and I believe there’s nothing wrong with us buy reduction items, it’s cost of living crisis and who doesn’t like to sales items . We buying your product and we paid with our money, we didn’t steal or got them for free, why doing a reduce the price and complain to the buyers? If customers didn’t buy the reduce product they will dump it to the bin?. Then Jane was saying on her headset to her teams via staring at my dad’s shopping “it’s unbelievable that he comes here to buying a reduction items”. All the staff were giving a disgusting attitude to my family. It’s so disappointed to see Waitrose hired staff who have attitude like these people. The management team should have investigation into this case.
